APPROVAL OF THE 2017-2018 NORTHWEST TRI-COUNTY INTERMEDIATE UNIT BUDGET
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the 2017-2018 Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit Budget in the total amount of $57,218,724. The Board further approves the total member districts’ contributions to the General Operating (Fund 010) and School Improvement Services (Fund 020) budgets of the Intermediate Unit for the 2017-2018 fiscal year in the amount of $1,513,123, with individual member district contributions as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education

APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT TO EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN CRAWFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF MEADVILLE
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the Agreement to Exchange Real Property between the Crawford Central School District and the City of Meadville; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby authorizes Jan A. Feleppa, as President of the Board of School Directors, and Lisa L. Pittner, as Secretary of the Board of School Directors, to sign the Agreement to Exchange Real Property on behalf of both the Board and the Crawford Central School District (Attachment)

RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby authorized the Crawford Central School District to issue a Quitclaim Deed to the City of Meadville as more fully set forth in the Agreement to Exchange Real Property; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby authorizes Jan A. Feleppa, as President of the Board of School Directors, to sign the Quitclaim Deed to the City of Meadville on behalf of both the Board and the Crawford Central School District
