RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the following requests for the PMEA All-State Festival in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 3-6, 2019:
= Meadville Area Senior High School at a cost to the District of $5,080.10 (Attachment)

APPROVAL FOR THE MEADVILLE AREA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL KEY CLUB TO ATTEND THE PENNSYLVANIA KEY CLUB DISTRICT CONVENTION AND LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the Meadville Area Senior High School Key Club to attend the Pennsylvania Key Club District Convention and Leadership Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on March 29-31, 2019, at a cost to the District of $2,069.20 (Attachment)

APPROVAL OF 2019-2020 NORTHWEST TRI-COUNTY INTERMEDIATE UNIT BUDGET
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the 2019-2020 Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit Budget in the total amount of $61,205,186. The Board further approves the total member districts’ contributions to the General Operating (Fund 010) and School Improvement Services (Fund 020) budgets of the Intermediate Unit for the 2019-2020 fiscal year for $2,002,502, with individual member district contributions as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
