ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the adoption of the 2017-2018 General Fund Budget in the amount of $62,146,277 as presented on PDE-2028. A copy of PDE-2028 will be made a part of the Minutes (Attachment)

RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the following real estate tax levies for fiscal year 2017-2018:
- Crawford County at 51.61 Mills
- Mercer County at 90.35 Mills (+0.5 Mill)

APPROVAL FOR THE BUSINESS MANAGER TO MAKE GENERAL FUND BUDGET TRANSFERS
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves for the Business Manager to make General Fund Budget transfers during the fiscal year 2017-2018 for the purpose of closing out various funds of the District for fiscal year 2016-2017

APPROVAL OF THE ENACTMENT OF PER CAPITA TAX UNDER THE PUBLIC SCHOOL CODE OF 1949 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves to enact a $5.00 Per Capita Tax for the fiscal year 2017-2018 in conformity with Section 679 of the Public School Code of 1949, 24 P.S. 6-679

RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves to enact a one (1%) percent Earned Income Tax, and a one (1%) percent Real Estate Transfer Tax for the fiscal year 2017-2018 in conformity with Act 511

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEE STATUS

McCurdy as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director at Cochranton Jr.-Sr. High School with all benefits associated with the Act 93 Agreement, at Step 1 with a salary of $81,598, effective August 14, 2017
