Crawford Central School District has developed the following guidelines in an effort to define the scope of the limited public forum we intend to create for the purpose of sharing information about educational and extracurricular opportunities for students and/or staff with parents, families, students, and/or staff members. Please read the guidelines completely before submitting a request.
- Flyer Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis during the school year.
- Requests for immediate response/ turnaround generally cannot be accommodated.
- All flyers are reviewed based on the criteria outlined in the District's guidelines.

Crawford Central School District has created a limited public forum for the purpose of sharing information about educational and extracurricular opportunities with parents, students, and staff members. Approval of material is granted in accordance with our Flyer and Printed Materials Distribution Guidelines. People wishing to seek approval for their material must submit their request via the Flyer and Materials Distribution Request Form on our website. Approved flyers will be posted for no more than two weeks per unique event per academic year. Approval will granted equitably to all groups whose material meets the established criteria. The posting of a flyer on this website in no way implies endorsement of the group or activity described or promoted therein unless such endorsement or support is expressly stated or indicated by virtue of the inclusion of the District's official logo.
